Ant and Dick inspire thousands of brides ...
With their usual cheeky rants and charming wit Ant and Dick inspired thousands of Brides and Grooms at the national wedding show in London and Birmingham it was two parts of a small tour bringing the boys to the corners of the UK...
The national wedding show enjoyed another succesful year and they even had to close the doors at one stage as too many eager couples rocked up looking for wedding ideas!!!
Ant and Dick hosted the inspiration sessions in the wedding theatre for the duration of both shows and were joined by industry professionals offering helpful hints and tips for zealous couples. Sessions included planning ideas, flower ideas and cake ideas with sampling.
"The Eric Lanlard tasting section was mad" laughs Ant, he says "I was holding the tray with the chocolate cake samples and was nearly knocked off my feet!!, Eric is a lovely man, charming and very, very talented!!, it was a pleasure to work with him and of course eat his cake!!"
Sharing the wedding theatre was the 'How to look good on your wedding day' team with an impressive line up including Caryn Franklin, Jane Gulpin and Arienne Poole the the how to look good team transformed brides in front of the live audiences.
"The make overs were very similar to the format we have in Ireland and it was lovely to see it done so beautifully, Caryn, Jane, Arienne and the rest of the team really are lovely and we enjoyed sharing the stage with them, we have a few jokes planned for the next shows in February and March!!" giggles Dick
